Who is Walter E. Goh?

Walter E. Goh is a play on words representing the author's alter-ego.  

Walter can be folksy, brash, opinionated, and his characterizations black-and-white. If Walter had written this book, it would no doubt be more entertaining, sell much better, and he'd be called an industry expert.
